Our Process begins with you-
What is your style, colors and event location? What are you most excited about your event? What do your flowers look like? How did the two of you meet? Either in person, phone or via e-mail, we brainstorm together to create a unique custom design just for you.
Complimentary Mock Up-
Once we have a good idea of your event style, you will receive an emailed PDF file for you to proof.
At this time you should also provide any information that you want included in the design of your project.
Proof Approval-
Once your project details have been agreed upon, and we receive your approval on the final proof, we require a fifty percent deposit on the total estimated cost of your order. You will be provided with a quote that details the total cost, and time table for the project.
Shipping-
Payment of your balance plus shipping charges is required before your order will be shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery or request express delivery.
